At your Home School Walk, your builder will review your Home Warranty Book and show you how to navigate our online warranty portal—so you’ll feel confident caring for your new home from day one.

After closing, your builder will remain your main point of contact for the first 30 days, helping with any immediate questions or needs as you settle in.

From there, you’ll be introduced to Kyle, our Warranty Manager and 2024 McSAM Customer Service Specialist of the Year. Whether you’re submitting a service request or simply need advice, Kyle and our team are always here to help.
